What "free junk car pickup" actually means

Free means zero dollars from you. No towing fee, no "administrative" fee, no documentation fee, no surprise charges at the curb. Our towing partner picks up the cost on their end as part of their compensation from the sale of the vehicle — you sign the title, the flatbed leaves, and that's the end of your involvement.

Pickup is also free for vehicles in awkward locations: behind a fence, on grass, on a flat, with parts missing, blocked by other vehicles you can move. The only locations we sometimes can't reach are sealed-in lots that require disassembling a fence, vehicles under a structure that requires lifting, or active fire/flood scenes. Timeline: what to expect

Submit → intake call within 1 business day → towing partner contact within 24 hours → pickup typically scheduled for 24–72 hours later. In rural areas the schedule stretches to 3–5 business days because partner trucks run a route. We tell you the realistic window during the intake call; no over-promising.

At pickup, the driver inspects the vehicle for a 30-second walk-around, has you sign the title (or paperwork to apply for a duplicate, in title-flexible states), gives you a paper receipt with the date and vehicle info, and loads up. The whole pickup typically takes 10–15 minutes. You can be home or have left the keys with a neighbor.
