Bikes we take: Harley, Honda, Yamaha, sport, cruiser, dirt, scooter

Cruisers (Harley-Davidson Sportster/Softail/Touring, Honda Shadow, Yamaha V-Star, Kawasaki Vulcan), sport bikes (CBR/R6/GSX-R/Ninja/Panigale), standards, dual-sports, adventure bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, mopeds, three-wheelers — we accept the entire range. Running condition welcomed, non-running also welcomed. Project bikes that have been sitting under a tarp for 10 years: yes.

Pickup uses an enclosed motorcycle trailer or pickup with tie-downs, depending on the bike's size and value. The driver handles loading — you don't need to roll the bike, kickstart it, or have a working battery. Just have the title (and ideally the keys) ready.

Motorcycle sale prices and your tax deduction

Motorcycle auction prices vary wildly by brand and condition. Late-model Harleys in fair condition routinely clear $4,000–$12,000. Sport bikes 5–10 years old typically land $1,500–$6,000. Older Japanese cruisers and dirt bikes commonly sell $400–$2,500. Non-runners of any brand sell $200–$1,500 depending on parts value.

Your IRS Form 1098-C reports the actual gross sale price; that's your deduction (or the fair-market-value-up-to-$500 alternate path if it sells at $500 or less). For Harley donors specifically, consignment sometimes makes more sense — we'll run that comparison if the bike looks valuable.

Common questions

What if the bike doesn't start or hasn't run in years?
Routine — we take it. Non-runners load onto a trailer with a winch. The auction market for non-running bikes is active (parts buyers, restoration projects).
Do you take dirt bikes or kid-sized off-road bikes?
Yes — full-size dirt bikes (KTM, YZ, CRF, KX), kid-size (PW50, TT-R110, KLX110), and most adventure/dual-sport bikes.
Can I donate a bike with no title?
Often yes, especially older bikes. Title rules for motorcycles are state-specific; call 770-871-9422 with your state and the bike's year and we'll let you know in 30 seconds.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
No — leave the bike accessible with the title and keys in a coordinated spot. The driver calls 30 minutes out.
