Trucks, SUVs, and vans we accept

Light-duty pickups (F-150, Silverado, RAM 1500, Tundra, Tacoma, Ranger, Frontier, Colorado), heavy-duty trucks up to one-ton (F-250/350, 2500/3500, Sierra HD, RAM 2500/3500), full-size SUVs (Tahoe, Suburban, Expedition, Sequoia), mid-size SUVs (Explorer, Pilot, Highlander, 4Runner), and full-size vans (Express, Savana, Transit, Promaster). Diesel, gas, hybrid. 4WD or 2WD. Running or not.

Work trucks with utility beds, dump beds, tool boxes, ladder racks, or refrigerated boxes are usually fine — we'll just ask a few extra questions about contents and weight so we send the right flatbed. Trucks with attached snowplows, salt spreaders, or wreckers can sometimes be accepted as-is, sometimes need the attachment removed first.

The pickup is built around big vehicles

Trucks and full-size SUVs need a flatbed with the right weight rating and ramp clearance — a standard rollback can't handle a 3/4-ton crew cab on 33s. Our tow partner network includes Class A wreckers and lowboys for heavier loads at zero cost to you. We coordinate clearance for low-clearance carports, steep driveways, and tight alleys.

Larger vehicles also tend to fetch larger sale prices, which means larger tax deductions. A donated F-150 Lariat in fair condition routinely sells for $4,000–$9,000 at auction — putting a 22%-bracket donor's deduction value in the $880–$2,000 range. We send a written Form 1098-C with the actual gross sale price so your accountant can run the numbers.

Common questions

Do you take commercial trucks (box trucks, dumps, flatbeds)?
Yes, up to about 26,000 GVWR (Class 6). Larger commercial vehicles we can usually still help with — call 770-871-9422 with year/make/model and we'll route you to the right partner.
What about lifted trucks or trucks with aftermarket parts?
We take them. The aftermarket parts often increase sale value at auction. Just mention any major modifications during intake so the flatbed driver knows what to expect (lift height, tire size, suicide doors, etc.).
Can I donate a truck still under loan/lien?
Only if the loan is paid off or the lender agrees to release the title. We can talk you through the payoff process. Vehicles with active liens cannot be sold by the charity.
Do you take RVs, campers, and motorhomes?
Yes — Class A, B, and C motorhomes; travel trailers; fifth wheels; pop-ups. Different intake form preferred — call 770-871-9422 and we'll route it correctly.
