Free pickup for cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, boats (with or without trailers), RVs, and ATVs. The towing partner covers the cost on their end, paid out of the sale-side economics. You sign nothing financial — only the title, and a paper receipt acknowledging that the vehicle was picked up.
Pickup works in driveways, curbside, storage yards, body-shop lots, marinas, fields, behind sheds, alongside garages. We pre-screen for access constraints during intake — low clearance, steep grades, tight turns, locked gates — and send the right vehicle for the job. The driver is responsible for getting your vehicle onto the truck without damaging your property; if there's a unique constraint, flag it during intake.
Process from submission to pickup
Step 1: Submit the form (or call/text 770-871-9422). Step 2: Intake team confirms within 1 business day — we'll verify the vehicle details and the pickup location. Step 3: Towing partner contacts you to schedule, usually within 24 hours of intake. Step 4: Driver shows up at the agreed time, does a 30-second walk-around, has you sign the title, hands you a paper receipt, and loads up.
Most pickups are 24–48 hours in metro areas, 3–5 business days in rural areas. Same-day is occasionally possible if a partner truck is already in your area. After pickup, the vehicle goes to auction or direct sale; we email a preliminary acknowledgement within 24 hours and the official 1098-C tax receipt within 30 days of sale.
