Yes — we pick up donated vehicles free anywhere in Florida, handle the title paperwork with the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), and send you an IRS Form 1098-C tax receipt after the vehicle sells. Call or text 770-871-9422 to schedule.
How Florida car donation works (3 steps)
- Submit the form or call us
Tell us about the vehicle: year, make, model, condition, and your Florida ZIP. Our intake team confirms by phone within one business day.
- We send a flatbed at no cost
Pickup typically 24–48 hours in Florida metros, 3–5 business days in rural areas. The driver brings paperwork and a paper receipt.
- You receive IRS Form 1098-C
Within 30 days of the vehicle's sale, we mail or email your official tax receipt. Most vehicles sell within 60 days of pickup.
Florida title transfer process
Florida titles are issued by the FLHSMV. To donate, complete the 'Transfer of Title by Seller' section on the back of the title and sign as the seller. Florida also requires a Notice of Sale (Form HSMV 82050) be filed within 30 days — we file this on your behalf so your name is cleared from the registration. Lost titles can be replaced online for $75.50.

Florida tax deduction notes
Florida has no state income tax, so your federal deduction is the entirety of your tax benefit. For most itemizing donors that's still meaningful: at the 22% federal bracket, a $2,000 vehicle donation saves $440 in federal tax.
For full federal rules see IRS Publication 4303 — A Donor's Guide to Vehicle Donations.
