Donate Your
Subaru
Subaru Outbacks, Foresters, Imprezas, and Legacys are common at auctions. Head gasket failures on 1999-2010 EJ25 engines push many Subarus to donation. WRX/STI donations often come from owners moving on from the tuning lifestyle.

Why donors choose us for Subaru donations
Common donation reasons: head gasket failures on 1999-2010 Subarus; CVT issues on 2010-2014 Outbacks/Legacys; aging Foresters and Outbacks from estate.
Cars Helping Kids accepts Subaru vehicles regardless of model, year, mileage, or mechanical condition. Free flatbed pickup means the vehicle doesn't need to start or be drivable. We handle title transfer paperwork.
Subaru donation process
1. Submit our 60-second form or call 770-871-9422 with the vehicle year/make/model + your contact info.
2. A real person from Cars Helping Kids calls you within 1 business day to confirm address and schedule pickup.
3. Tow driver arrives at the agreed time. You sign the back of the title; they take the vehicle. Free.
4. After the vehicle sells at auction, we email you IRS Form 1098-C showing the actual sale price (= your tax deduction).
Tax deduction for your Subaru
Your federal tax deduction equals the gross sale price of the vehicle when we sell it at auction. Cars Helping Kids is a Georgia 501(c)(3) (program of Fainting Goat Foundation); donations qualify for the charitable contribution deduction if you itemize on your federal return.
Use the tax calculator on the homepage to estimate your deduction based on the vehicle's age and condition.
