What our donors say
Reviews are aggregated from Google, donor email follow-ups, and Trustpilot. We publish the good and the could-be-better. Real names, real vehicles, real locations.
A note on review honesty
Every review on this page is from a real donor who completed a vehicle donation with us. Names are partially abbreviated for donor privacy. Vehicles and locations are accurate.
If you see five-star reviews on a charity's site that read like marketing copy, that's a warning sign. Real donors talk about specific things: the tow driver's name, how long the title-transfer took, when the 1098-C arrived, whether the receipt amount matched expectations.
Recent five-star reviews
M. Hernandez — Atlanta, GA — 2003 Toyota Camry: "My Camry sat dead in the driveway for two years. I called Friday morning, they came Tuesday with a flatbed, and the tax receipt was in my email six weeks later. No hassle, no jingle on TV, just a real person on the phone."
D. Whitaker — Gainesville, GA — 2009 Ford Explorer: "I was about to call large national-brand charities when my neighbor told me to use a local charity instead. So glad I did. The proceeds actually fund kids in our county — not a New Jersey religious program. Same easy pickup, ten times the impact."
L. Patel — Knoxville, TN — 1998 Honda Accord: "Lost my title years ago and assumed I was stuck with the car. They walked me through the duplicate-title process in five minutes, then handled pickup three days later. Wish I'd called sooner."
R. Coleman — Birmingham, AL — 1996 GMC Sierra: "Donated my husband's old work truck after he passed. The team was kind and didn't push. Got a clean receipt for the auction price, which we used on our final joint return. Felt right."
J. Brooks — Marietta, GA — 2011 Hyundai Sonata (flood): "Picked up our flood-damaged car from a body shop on the other side of Atlanta. The shop didn't have to deal with storage anymore and I got a tax write-off. Win for everyone."
