Pickup is not promised until the vehicle and route are reviewed. If accepted, a towing or transport partner coordinates the schedule.

3. Follow the title instructions.
Requirements depend on the vehicle and ownership documents. Do not sign or leave a title until you receive instructions for your case.

4. Keep the donor paperwork.
We provide the acknowledgment and, when required, Form 1098-C information. Any deduction depends on IRS rules and the donor's tax circumstances.
