Quick answer

Yes — we pick up donated vehicles free anywhere in Georgia, handle the title paperwork with the Georgia DMV, and send you an IRS Form 1098-C tax receipt after the vehicle sells. Call or text 770-871-9422 to schedule.

How Georgia car donation works (3 steps)

  1. Submit the form or call us

Tell us about the vehicle: year, make, model, condition, and your Georgia ZIP. Our intake team confirms by phone within one business day.

  2. We send a flatbed at no cost

Pickup typically 24–48 hours in Georgia metros, 3–5 business days in rural areas. The driver brings paperwork and a paper receipt.

  3. You receive IRS Form 1098-C

Within 30 days of the vehicle's sale, we mail or email your official tax receipt. Most vehicles sell within 60 days of pickup.

Georgia title transfer process

Georgia issues a paper title to vehicles 1986 and newer; older vehicles may use a bill of sale and registration. To transfer a donated vehicle, sign the title in the 'Transfer of Title by Seller' section and hand it to the towing partner. If the title is lost, you can apply for a duplicate online at the Georgia DOR site for $8 — we'll guide you through it.

Georgia tax deduction notes

Georgia state income tax is a flat 5.39% in 2026 (Georgia House Bill 1015), so a $2,000 vehicle deduction yields roughly $108 in additional state-tax savings on top of any federal benefit. Georgia conforms to federal itemization rules — if you itemize federally, your vehicle deduction flows to your state return.

For full federal rules see IRS Publication 4303 — A Donor's Guide to Vehicle Donations.
