Rebuilt Title
A title for a previously-salvaged vehicle that has been repaired and re-inspected for road use.
What it means
A rebuilt title (sometimes called 'reconstructed') indicates a salvage vehicle was repaired, inspected, and deemed safe for the road. These vehicles are legal to donate; market value is lower than clean-title equivalents but they often have full operation. Donate-and-deduct treatment is identical to any other vehicle.
